How do the virtual consultations work?
The virtual consultations in nutrition are presented in the form of interactive animated sessions. An algorithm containing many thousands of multimedia sequences allow us to provide you with personalized recommendations that reflect your eating habits as well as your physical and biometric state.
Menus and recommendations are reviewed each week during the entire 12 stages of the Slimming Program. Factors such as weight loss or gain, hip/waist ratios and your general state of health are just a few of the parameters that are re-evaluated at each session.
Members access the Slimming Program by clicking on the "Weight-loss/Vitality Program" link in the Members section. You will then be asked for your E-mail address and your password before being allowed onto the site. Each week you will graduate to the next stage of your personalized Slimming Program and receive a new 7-day menu as well as useful tips on how to put the Montignac Method effectively into practice.
If for some reason you can't finish a consultation already in progress, the information is automatically saved and you may continue where you left off at your convenience.

What is your refund policy?
If, despite help from our Technical Support Division, you experience serious technical difficulties and are unable to either begin or continue with the program you have paid for, we accept to reimburse your membership fee.
