Chocolate, Wine, Learning Exercise (3)

Congratulations! You have been successful in re-achieving your weight objective.

Continue applying the principles of Phase 2. You are on the right track.

Chocolate:

If you are a "chocoholic", you will be happy to learn that you do not have to eliminate this food from your diet. Its nutritional virtues as well as certain other less-known aspects of chocolate make it an interesting and viable choice. But be warned! There are many different types and qualities of chocolate available and you will have to learn to select the right kind.

Wine:

Did you know that a moderate consumption of wine can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by up to 30%?
Red wine in particular has certain interesting health benefits... But as with all good things, it must be taken in moderation.

Exception Management:

The exercises in the previous sessions were designed to provide you with a better understanding of the principal factors that influence exception management.

This week's exercise will allow you to put what you have learned into practice.

Weekly Menus:

Please note that the whole family may eat meals from Phase 2 menus.

There is no limit with regards to the amount of time spent on each stage. However, we suggest that you complete one stage per week.
The effectiveness of the Montignac Method is well-known around the world.
