By continuing to apply the basic principles learned during Phase 1 and by effectively managing exceptions during Phase 2, you will remain in good health and not put on or put back on weight.

Assessment of Phase 2:

In this section, we re-examine the real causes of obesity in modern society. Has the Montignac Method been successful in helping you to lose weight, keep it off as well as helping you renew your energy and vitality levels?

As you can see for yourself, your new eating habits have not only changed your body, they have also changed your life.

Weekly Menus:

Here is the last weekly menu that we have prepared for you.
After spending several months successfully following the principles of Phase 2, exceptions can become more and more frequent. In fact, you will be able to eat almost anything provided that you continue to manage the type, frequency and amount of the exceptions wisely.

There is no limit with regards to the amount of time spent on each stage. However, we suggest that you complete one stage per week.
