Beginning in Stage 2, we will draw a weekly graph report illustrating your actual weight loss. This motivating exercise will allow you to compare your results with the path of your projected weight loss.
I will also ask you a few questions in order to make sure that the menus continue to be well suited to your general state of health. |

During the course of this session, I will look at the information you have provided during our first meeting, and then I will comment on it. |
After analyzing the general information, we will probe into all factors concerning your state of health. Then, I will explain the beneficial roles certain foods can play as well as a list of others that are to be avoided.
I will also make recommendations with regards to your lifestyle or your physiological state. |

Menu of the week:
At the end of this session, and every week thereafter, I will suggest a 7-day menu.
Each and every menu will be accompanied with general guidelines that will help you to prepare your meals. More detailed information on your nutrition will also be provided according to your state of health. |
There is no limit with regards to the amount of time spent on each stage. However, we suggest that you complete one stage per week.
