Let's write in your new weight on the graph. Congradulations! You have lost weight.

Each week during the course of my follow-up questionnaires, I will ask you to provide me with your waist and hip measurements. It is very important that we monitor the evolution of your BMI (Body Mass Index) because it allows us to follow the progressive reduction of your body fat.

Profile analysis:

Within this meeting of your profile analysis, we will endeavor toward your eating habits.

I will give you reasons why some of your eating habits have to be modified while others can still be done. I am convinced that you will find my advising comments very useful.

At the end of this session, I will E-Mail you all my advising comments to make sure that you will not forget anything.

If you wish so, you will be able to review previous meetings of earlier on stages of the program.

Menu of the week:

As every week and then, I will suggest a 7-day menu.

If you properly follow it, you will have all the best to succeed.

The weekly menus propose a variety of tasty dishes whose recipes are detailed in the "Recipe Corner". All the necessary ingredients are easily found in a supermarket or health food store near your home.

There is no limit with regards to the amount of time spent on each stage. However, we suggest that you complete one stage per week.
The effectiveness of the Montignac Method is well-known around the world.
