Starting with stage 4, we will now increase your knowledge of the method and focus on its principles.

During this session, you will have the opportunity to prepare several breakfast menus choosing from a list of over 120 foods. All your choises will be noted and commented on.

I will also tell you everything you need to know about breakfast foods, alcoholic beverages, cereal and diary products, fats, fruits as well as sweet and slaty foods.

Menu of the week:

Remember, the Montignac Method is not a diet. Ours is a selective, not restrictive approach. This is why quantites are never mentioned on our menus. It is important that your hunger is satisfied.

There is no limit with regards to the amount of time spent on each stage. However, we suggest that you complete one stage per week.
The effectiveness of the Montignac Method is well-known around the world.
