Have fun choosing your lunch menu, then find out if you made smart choises.

I will give you ideas on how to plan delicious lunch menus and make useful suggestions concerning appetizers, main courses, chesses, desserts and beverages.

You will also learn to identify and recognize many different sources of nutrients, including fibre, vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates.

Menu fo the week:

All of our menus fully illustrate the principles of the Montignac Method and provide the opportunity to understand how meals are organized. A close examination of the meal structure will enhance your understanding of the Montignac Method, and thus, its effectiveness.

There is no limit with regards to the amount of time spent on each stage. However, we suggest that you complete one stage per week.
The effectiveness of the Montignac Method is well-known around the world.
