It is very important that the evening meal be structured so as to prevent fat from being stored.
The Montignac Method proposes two approaches, both of which are explained further in this session.
I will also show you the best way of distributing meals over the course of a week. |
I will then discuss the topic of snacks. In some cases, snacks can be used to complement the main meals of the day. |

There is no limit with regards to the amount of time spent on each stage. However, we suggest that you complete one stage per week.
