Review, Evaluation of Phase 1

Your weight loss chart:

This week, we will make an overall evaluation of your results.

In doing this, we will be able to determine if you need to continue with Phase 1 menus for a little longer or if you are ready to go on to Phase 2, which is the weight maintenance phase.

Assessment of Phase 1:

You will be provided with a detailed summary of the princiles you must follow during the weight loss phase. If for some reason you have not yet achieved your weight objective, we will make personalized recommendations that will help you reach your objective and enable you to go on to Phase 2.

Menu of the week:

Perhaps this will be your last Phase 1 menu...

Don't stop now. Phase 2 menus have some even more delicious surprises in store for you.

There is no limit with regards to the amount of time spent on each stage. However, we suggest that you complete one stage per week.
The effectiveness of the Montignac Method is well-known around the world.
